25 cl La Paix Dieu is a blond abbey beer of the Tripel type, Strong Ale, brewed by hand and only on full moon nights, by the Caulier brewery in the Tournai region. It titles at 10°. "Bitter" made with medicinal herbs. Picon Bière surprises with its aromatic composition based on orange peel, cinchona (shrub from South America) and gentian. Mixture that is macerated in alcohol with caramel and sugar syrup.Its pronounced bitter taste and amber color give character to the drink.

Gin Gordon's and Tonic Touch of Lime. Gordon's London Dry Gin is the fruit of the work of the Scotsman Alexandre Gordon's. Infused with, among other things, juniper berries, coriander, Angelica roots, licorice and citrus zest, Gordon's Gin is the result of triple distillation. Fresh and classic in its style.

4 cl This Scotch is produced from Scotch malts, without the scent of peat or smoke. Powerful aroma, it is intense, strong, but pleasant, soft and with floral and sweet notes.

4 cl Mythical expression from the Talisker distillery. This expression has been matured for at least 10 years in American oak barrels. It is a Single Malt distilled on the Isle of Skye in Scotland, with a spicy, iodized and peaty character. The palate is intensely peaty, with a distinctive touch of sea salt.

4 cl Aged for 16 years in bourbon casks. With its beautiful golden color, it reveals sweet fruity notes on the nose, with hints of hazelnut and vanilla. On the palate, it reveals malty hazelnut notes followed by spicy and woody notes. The finish is sweet and spicy.

4 cl. Inspired by John Wayne's personal collection and memoirs, Duke was developed by his son Ethan and master blender Chris Radomski. This bourbon is produced in small batches then aged for 5 years in toasted American oak barrels in the OZ Tylor distillery. Originally from Kentucky (United States) and Silver medalist at the Brussels 2022 world competition.

4 cl Exceptionally Prolonged Aging The Carthusians took care to select certain traditional green liqueurs which will continue their aging for many years in demi-muids. The patina of time allows it to develop aromas of great complexity and long persistence.

4 cl. This special cuvée of Chartreuse Jaune was first created in 2008 by the Chartreux Fathers in close collaboration with the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France-Sommeliers (MOF). The Meilleurs Ouvriers de France cuvée is a blended liqueur. To create this liqueur, the Carthusians brought all their know-how and knowledge to select traditional Chartreuse Jaune liqueurs and seek a different aromatic balance, highlighting freshness and liveliness.

4 cl. La Reserva Exclusiva Diplomatico is a rum marked with great sweetness. Very easy to enjoy. Beautiful amber color, with copper highlights. The initially soft, almost syrupy attack quickly gives way to more aromatic richness. This rum succeeds in presenting an aromatic palette of very beautiful harmony while being very diverse: notes of candied fruits, nuts, caramel, spices (vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, ginger), licorice candy, sprinkled with a delicately smoky touch.
