(75 cl) Domaine Dureuil-Janthial - This Rully Blanc comes from clay-limestone plots. The vines are 40 years old on average. The wine is well structured, with a very pleasant buttery side.
Pouilly-Fuissé 2018
(75cl) Labruyère-Prieur Selection - Terroir: Commune of Fuissé. The vineyard occupies the slopes and the foot of these rocks on stony scree and clay-limestone soils from the Jurassic period. The hillsides form small creeks with fairly steep slopes, facing east and south-east, between 200 and 300 meters above sea level. Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand in small crates then the whole bunches are pressed in a pneumatic press. Alcoholic fermentation and aging take place 2/3 in oak barrels, of which 10% in new barrels, and 1/3 in vats. The malolactic fermentation is carried out at 100%. Aging period: 12 months

(75 cl) Domaine Germain Père et Fils This is a wine of character from a blend of the terroirs of "La Chanière", "en Vignots" and "En Boeuf". This pinot noir, grown on clay-limestone soil and facing due south, benefits from a cold pre-fermentation maceration and a semi-carbonic maceration of 15 days. Its aging in oak barrels for 14 months, including 20% new barrels, gives this wine a beautiful complexity.

RULLY 1er cru Molesme 2024
75cl Domaine Ponsot was founded in 1954 by Lucien Ponsot. For him, winemaking was a passion among his many activities on a mixed farm. Today, the founder's grandson, Jean-Baptiste Ponsot, has taken over from his father Bernard since 2000, at just 20 years old. The estate covers a little over eight hectares (a third of which are Premier Cru). The vineyard is managed using sustainable farming practices. The Molesme vines are pruned using the Guyot and cordon systems. Regarding aging, the wine was matured for 12 months in oak barrels (40% new) and then blended for 3 months.
