Blanc de Blancs from Maison Delamotte is a masterful interpretation of the most beautiful terroirs of the Côte des Blancs. This is chardonnay from the classified Grand Cru vines of Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Avize and Cramant. The minerality of this Blanc de Blancs comes from the chalky soil on which the vines grew. It is a champagne which offers a very fine, floral and mineral nose. On the palate, we discover an elegant, lively attack, carried by a beautiful airy touch. We find floral aromas, but also a very pleasant little saline hint. This Blanc de Blancs waited 4 to 5 years in the Delamotte cellars before being offered for sale, which allowed the wine to round out its aromas. This is a vintage made for a lovely summer aperitif or to accompany lovely oysters or grilled fish.

Mont Redon 2022 75 cl domaine du Château Mont Redon 2022 75 cl VINIFICATION & AGING Part of the vineyard is located on the right bank of the Rhône, in the commune of Roquemaure, on the edge of the Lirac appellation and near Tavel on a plateau covered with rolled pebbles. The other part is located on the north-western edge of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation on Urgonian limestone. CLIMATE 100% destemming followed by fermentation - maceration for 15 days, which allows our Côtes du Rhône to acquire a structure and a tannic framework that make it a wine likely to accept a few years of aging. After malolactic fermentation, aging takes place in vats in our underground cellars for a period of 8 to 10 months followed by bottling, the latter remaining a few months in our cellars before shipping. GRAPE VARIETIES Grenache Noir & Syrah. HARVEST The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity after validation by tasting the berries. The harvest is both manual and mechanical and optical sorting gives a perfect sorting result once in the cellar. We attach a lot of importance to this point, qualitatively essential.

Domaine Reniaume Very expressive aromas of ripe fruit, pear peach, dried fruit which evolve as it is aerated. Rich, ample, it is very solar, it has fat and envelops the palate. Its finish surprises with a minerality that combines completely with the wine. We are typically in the softness and silkiness of a caressing white rully. Montagny 2022 Tête de cuvée Domaine Berthenet The estate's benchmark wine, it is a marriage of different plots on either side of the village of Montagny-Les-Buxy. These vines are planted on clay-limestone soil. The plots include different exposures. The plots of this cuvée extend over an area of 6.75 ha. These plots are approximately 25 years old. The plots are harvested at optimum maturity in order to have the best balance. The grapes are gently pressed by the estate's two pneumatic presses. The must is placed in a settling vat for a period of 24 to 48 hours at low temperature. The entire wine is vinified and aged in a thermo-regulated stainless steel vat. Rully 1 er cru of the Sarrazin estate The vines of the estate are mainly planted on the hillsides of Givry, in white and red and often in prestigious climates: Givry premier cru red "Les Bois Gauthiers", premier cru red and white "Champs Lalot" or “Henry's Pieces” in white. Guy and Jean-Yves Sarrazin have retained the house spirit by controlling low yields and very ripe fruit despite the high planting density. In vinification, the Sarrazin estate seeks above all density and finesse. Their wines manage to remain authentic and balanced while revealing a beautiful freshness and a fleshy fruit. Cotes de Provence: Cru Classé Located just 10 km from Saint-Tropez between the rugged mountains of the Massif des Maures and the azure Mediterranean, the historic Château Saint-Maur dates back to the 19th century. In 1955, it became one of 22 Côtes de Provence estates to receive Cru Classé status, recognizing the château's excellent winemaking reputation. The current owner of the estate is Roger Zannier, who has worked alongside his son-in-law Marc Monrose to modernize and equip the property for a bright future. Today, approximately 85% of the château's production is dedicated to rosé wines, with a strong emphasis on indigenous varieties such as Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, and Tibouren, which thrive on these arid, rocky hillsides. L'Excellence is an excellent introduction to this rising star, offering a taste of classic Provençal rosé with the elegance and grace seen only from the finest local producers. To achieve this, the grapes are carefully harvested from the estate's best plots and undergo a short cold maceration in the cellar to delicately extract the aromas and color from the skins. The must is then fermented in stainless steel tanks and allowed to rest on the lees to give it more character. This results in a bright, airy style, bursting with ripe peaches and red berries, reminiscent of the nearby Mediterranean and pairing perfectly with grilled tuna or red mullet, as well as octopus and fresh seafood.
