Marc de Bourgogne _Distellerie Mazy
The AOC Marc and Fine de Bourgogne are produced exclusively from grapes from the best crus of the Côte de Nuits. Separate distillation, aging in small barrels and the numbering of the bottles reveal these unique Burgundian characteristics.
Cognac Napoleon
(4cl) A Napoleon cognac is a cognac that will have aged 6 years. It is the little brother of XO (Extra Old) cognacs.
Cognac XO
(4cl) This Cognac comes from vines of the Ugni-Blanc grape variety, located in the heart of the best of Grande Champagne, "the golden triangle", the core of the most calcareous soil. Distillation takes place in two passes in a Charentais copper still. As for ageing, it takes place in oak barrels from the Limousin region. Cognac XO (Extra Old) is a blend of several eaux-de-vie, the youngest of which has spent 25 years in barrels.

(4cl) Cognac VS (Very Special) is a blend of several brandies. The youngest of the eaux-de-vie has spent 3 years in barrels.
Fine Armagnac
(4cl) The fine is the eau-de-vie of wine. It should not be confused with eau-de-vie de marc resulting from the distillation of grape marc, known as vat or wine. The English language equivalent of fine is brandy.
Fine de Bourgogne Reyon
(4cl) Fine is the result of the distillation of wine or wine deposits. We are going to have something much more elegant and refined. The fine extract of things that we don't usually see in our wines. Touches of candied fruit, pineapple, caramel... at times after aging this fine, we had some peat aromas. Fine Burgundy can also be produced with white wine lees.

Ratafia of Burgundy
(4cl) Ratafia de Bourgogne is made up of one third of Marc de Bourgogne (see corresponding technical sheet) and two thirds of unfermented fresh grape juice. The result is an alcohol containing 16.5%. Golden in color, our Ratafia de Bourgogne has notes of walnuts, hazelnuts, honey and raisins.
Very old Marc de Bourgogne
(4cl). An eau-de-vie from the distillation of grape marc. Measuring 40% of the volume in alcohol, it benefits from a controlled designation of origin since a decree of March 17, 2011. The "stemmed marc" is produced with grapes from which the stalk has been removed.
Very old Marc de Bourgogne Domaine Philippe Leclerc
(4cl) Marc-de-Bourgogne is an eau-de-vie made from the distillation of grape marc. Measuring 40% of the volume in alcohol, it benefits from a controlled designation of origin since a decree of March 17, 2011. This Marc has aged 10 years in new oak barrels.
Old Burgundy Fine
(4cl) Fine de Bourgogne” refers to eaux-de-vie that have been aged in wood for at least three years.
