The “Lemon”
“Folle Envie” aperitif (5cl, 12% alc.): With infusions of lemon peel and cardamom. 100% organic and composed of ingredients harvested in a (very) short circuit. -Tonic “Archibald” (20cl): 100% organic and quinine-free French tonic, with juniper berry and organic and wild Auvergne Gentian. - Accompanied by slices of lemon and rosemary.
The wild"
Wild Gin “27db” (4cl, 47% alc.): 100% Dijon organic gin with hand-picked local wild plants. (Extra) long maceration of 4 months and distillation in a traditional still. Production limited to 80 bottles. -Tonic “Archibald” Special Edition n°2 (25cl): 100% organic and quinine-free French tonic, with organic and wild gentian from Auvergne and fresh organic ginger from small southern producers. - Accompanied by fresh orange segments
The “Smoked”
-Smoked Gin “27db” (4cl, 47% alc.): 100% Dijon organic gin made from wild, fresh, local juniper berries. These are smoked with local juniper wood then macerated with wild mint. Follows a 3-month distillation in a traditional still. Production limited to 56 bottles. -Tonic “Archibald” Special Edition n°1 (25cl): 100% organic and quinine-free French tonic, full of character and subtly aged in oak barrels for 100 days. Bergamot and Gentian 100% organic. - Accompanied by fresh lime wedges
