Domaine des Terres Rouges 2022 A rare Burgundy Chardonnay vinified in late harvest. The wine has a beautiful golden hue with a yellow-gold sheen. The nose is very aromatic, intense, and releases subtle aromas of quince. On the palate, it is full of indulgence and balance.

Chablis "The 8"

This Chablis "Les 8" is luscious and supple, its nose expressing aromas of fern and ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, underpinned by a discreet yet present minerality that is echoed on the palate with notes of mushroom and limestone. Its moderate attack builds gradually, giving way to a beautiful persistence on the palate, worthy of a Premier Cru.

Burgundy "Les Murelles"

Domaine Roux 2022 This dry white wine offers a nose of mixed aromas of yellow and white fruits (apple, pear) with hints of honey, and a very fresh expression on the palate, with mineral notes, and a concentrated and well-balanced substance.

Rully "The Pebbles" 2022

Domaine Louis Jacquard If you've never been to the Cailloux plot in Rully, in the Côte Chalonnaise, imagine it's a place where you can see Mont Blanc. This terroir is perfectly oriented towards the southeast. There, on a very stony (hence its name) and sloping clay-limestone soil at the top of the hillside, a vine is planted. The result is a rich and luscious white wine.

Côtes de Provence "XIIIème"

Château Peyrassol, 2023. This estate cuvée pays homage to the century in which the estate was founded. The very soul of the vineyard, it reflects the colors of the Château Peyrassol terroir. A blend of Grenache and Cinsault, the grapes are organically grown.

Marsannay “Champsalomon”

Domaine Collotte 2024 Chardonnay is rare in the Côte de Nuits, but Marsannay prides itself on showcasing all the colors within its appellation. This white Marsannay offers a pale gold color, a lively nose with notes of honeysuckle, and on the palate, these floral notes evolve towards a richer texture. Its beautiful minerality on the finish gives it excellent persistence.

Domaine Vieux Collège 2023. The wine shines with a beautiful pale yellow tinged with green. The aromatic freshness is intense. Spicy notes (white pepper, bergamot) follow the initial fruitier nose.
