"From the Plain to the Plateau"
Db27 "From the plain to the plateau" is a spirit drink inspired by wild walks through Burgundy. Here it is a sunny terroir that inspires Baptiste Debeaumont to macerate the plants he picks himself in the vicinity of Dijon and the route of the great wines of Burgundy. To transcribe the sunny side of the terroir, he put elderflower, wild thyme, linden honey and pear wood (everything is local) in a raw white Fine de Bourgogne macerated for several months. The result is a balanced drink, floral, herbaceous, with a fresh and honeyed side and a pleasant and persistent length.
