Burgundy Côte d'Or "Le Dessus de Prielles"

Domaine Gelin 2022 Located on the edge of the Fixin appellation, at the entrance to the village, this white Burgundy has nothing to envy of much more prestigious appellations. Aged for a long time in barrels and vats for 24 months, it is round, rich but nevertheless well balanced.

Chablis

Domaine Drouhin-Vaudon 2023 This Chablis comes from an estate of nearly 7 hectares with Kimmeridgian limestone soils. A terroir containing millions of tiny embedded marine fossils dating back hundreds of millions of years. These vines are on average 30 years old.

Burgundy Aligoté 2023

Maison Lardy-Barberot 2023 A "muscular" Aligoté, aged in oak barrels, which gives it a beautiful roundness. However, we find the classic markers of this superb grape variety: liveliness, freshness, and a lemony fruitiness that makes it the ideal companion for an aperitif.

Chardonnay "The Cuvée of Pleasure" Late Harvest

Domaine des Terres Rouges 2022 A rare Burgundy Chardonnay vinified in late harvest. The wine has a beautiful golden hue with a yellow-gold sheen. The nose is very aromatic, intense, and releases subtle aromas of quince. On the palate, it is full of indulgence and balance.

Marsannay “Champsalomon”

Domaine Collotte 2022 Chardonnay is rare in Côte de Nuits but Marsannay is proud to adorn itself with all the colors in its appellation area. This white Marsannay offers a pale gold color, a lively nose with notes of honeysuckle, on the palate, these floral notes evolve towards more fat. Its beautiful minerality on the finish gives it excellent persistence.

Fixin

Domaine Vieux Collège 2022. The color shines a beautiful pale yellow tinged with green. The aromatic freshness is intense. Spicy notes (white pepper, bergamot) follow the initial, fruitier nose.
